Very knowledgeable with my subaru crosstrek. Had a oil temp light come on and the dealer ship said it was blown gaskets. I brought it here and the did a full check on the car and pin pointed it down to a transmission valve. Had nothing to do with the gaskets. Thank you Mike!!

I have been to Jack Dane’s twice and each time it has been top notch service. At the Rocklin location, Mike has been the front desk greeter and each time he is friendly, always listening and NOT distracted and really tries to get to the issue at hand before writing it up. It really makes a difference when the FIRST person one interacts with, when there is potential for a car expense that could be “high”, makes you (me) feel like there is no job more important than mine! I will be bringing our cars in for standard service more often! Thanks for putting the customer/our concerns first and not the shop’s bank account! When I brought my car in it was running really rough. I thought it was going to be too expensive to fix. It’s a 13 year old car and i thought maybe it was a goner. Mike got me checked in and was very professional and friendly. The mechanic at Jack Dane (Eddie) quickly diagnosed 3 repairs that would fix the issue. The cost of the repairs was less than I expected and the car was running like new again in no time. I recommend Jack Dane Auto Service 10/10. I won’t go anywhere else.

Going the extra mile is the best way to describe the service they have given us over the years. Too many examples to list here. My car had been giving me issues for months and this is the only place that was TRUTHFUL with what I needed and did the work at a fair price. They even saved me money on a service I initially came in for by saying my car wouldn’t benefit from it. I will always come back here when/if I have any other issues.
