I first came because the location was convenient. After changing jobs, the location is inconvenient, but the employees make the experience too enjoyable to consider switching.

Brian is great! He takes the time to explain what is wrong with my old vehicle, and calls me before proceeding when it's something major that I was not expecting. When I realized that my coupon for $50 had expired, he told me about the online coupon that was a $60 savings. As a state employee on a budget, money is always tight, so I appreciated the extra discount!

I think you guys saved my life. I am going to Oregon for a funeral this coming Sunday. I told Brian that there was a scrapping sound when I backed up. They found a lug nut in the brake drum. I had a tire repair and later all new tires put on along with new lug nuts on the right rear tire at a tire shop. Your guys found the lug nut in the brake drum and noted that the replaced lug nuts were not the right size so if I would have had a flat tire on my trip my lug wrench would not have fit. You guys replaced them. After I left your shop, I took the receipt to the tire shop that did the work. The assistent manager was really embaressed and apologized saying, "I am so sorry, we fired that technician. We cannot afford to have someone working here that endangers our customers." I showed him the lug nut that was in the brake drum and the wrong size lug nuts. They reimbursed me for everything $124.40. So, thank you for helping me finding out the problem before going to Oregon. All of you are so great and Brian takes the time to explain everything.
