Have always been accommodating within a day or two if not on the day called when service is needed. I feel i have been given a clear explanation of what is and possibly needed down the road in preventive care. I have always found the staff to be friendly and assertive. I left my other mechanics after 15 years and found Made In America Made in Japan. I have been completely satisfied with all the work i have had done so far. Looking forward to their service for the next 15 or more years. Thanks Guy's for the Great job you do !

The service provided by MIA/MIJ was, in my opinion, unparalleled. Phillip gave me the impression that they were happy to have my business. Believe me, as a person who has spent the majority of his career in the service industry, this is not as easily found at every business nowadays. Perhaps, most importantly, the quote given by Phil matched the invoice price w/ no adders. Thank you, Phil & the entire MIA/MIJ crew!
