Brian always takes good care of me. This latest visit was no exception. Your customer service is consistently exceptional. An example: last month I brought my son's acura in to have the trunk medallion reattached. (The original TL3.2 medallion was stolen and we bought a replacement). I took it to Brian and he figured out a way to reattach it. It took awhile to do, but he took the time to do it and charged me nothing for his time. Businesses don't do this kind of thing anymore, but Brian did it. I am now a loyal customer. Keep up the good work. Roch
