I called Made In America Made in Japan when my brakes began grinding. I'd had them replaced recently, but couldn't find my paperwork. On a Saturday morning I left a message and gave them my name. By 8:05 Monday morning I received a call from Brian and an email of my previous receipt was in my "inbox." They promptly got me in and repaired the brakes, which were still under warranty. They were courteous, prompt and meticulous. I would heartily recommend them! Thanks a million!
