The service was good and friendly but the price was waay too high for what I received and I didn't like nor appreciate Made in Japan putting their advertisement license plate holder on my car without my prior approval or knowledge and I had to break it to get if off!

It should be noted, license plate frames are optional as noted in our orientation package, which the customer receives before we service the vehicle. We ask our customers to fill out a short preferences sheet in the package, which understandably most people disregard, because most people are busy. Again, we apologize for any miscommunications or poor service.
