Rocklin and Sacramento Auto Repair

I mentioned to Phil today that we have been bringing our cars to his shop for over 20 years now. We raised two kids with the cars he has serviced. In that time I have changed doctors and dentists many times because I no longer trusted their judgment or skills, but I’m still with Phil. He and his team have helped us with several CSI level car issues and they have fixed them everytime. I passed several shops to drive a little bit further because I know Phil will do his best to save me money when he can while still doing quality work. The only issue I have is I have only seen the dog once and even then he walked away from me toward the back. I think they have him doing tires. -Randy Wynn

The service was a diagnostic for parasitic draw on my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. They are very methodical and eliminated items functioning properly. I will be bringing my truck back for additional diagnostics as this service requires equipment and professional expertise. I selected this company over a dealer shop. After hearing a loud pop and losing brake pressure, I took my diesel truck to Jack Dane Auto Service, as they were recommended as one of the best mechanics in the Rocklin area. Mike greeted me in the office indicating it could take a couple of days. Mike also took the time to talk to me about other issues with my truck. The mechanics diagnosed the problem and were able to complete the repairs the following day. Got me in and out on the same day, and I didn't even have an appointment. These guys are outstanding. They always do a great job of explaining what maintenance needs to be performed, as well as any minor maintenance that could be put off until later. Very professional, honest, and fair with their prices.
