I came by to see if I needed a service since my sticker had 87,000 and I had 88,000 miles on my odometer. According to the computer, I don't need a service until 90,000 miles. I did say I was concerned about the electrical in my car; the GPS socket didn't work and the key & passenger side doors don't unlock with the key or side door release. When I got the estimate of cost, I chose to have the GPS socket diagnosed and repaired. They took it apart and found that it had come loose. Now it works. (Actually, I haven't plugged the GPS into it yet, but I will this weekend.) Thank you.

Ok, so, I am youngish woman who often gets discriminated against when I get my car worked on. But NEVER EVER have I had any issue with Made in America! Staff has always been forthright and educated me on when my next suggested service is based on the manufacturer suggestions. I really appreciate being treated fairly. Price is right! Always offer coupons and discounts. Phil is great! I have your business number saved in my phone!

We had and have had a good experience with Made in Japan/America since I've been bringing my card here since 2008. They are very helpful, knowledgable, extrememly nice and they were very helpful in looking for ways for the cost not to be too high as they suggested to use their coupons. I will continue to bring my car here as long as they are open! Very satisfied!
