Service is always great. My problem was a/c problem and it wasn't working for quite a while. They found the problem, fixed it and now it is working great!!

We had and have had a good experience with Made in Japan/America since I've been bringing my card here since 2008. They are very helpful, knowledgable, extrememly nice and they were very helpful in looking for ways for the cost not to be too high as they suggested to use their coupons. I will continue to bring my car here as long as they are open! Very satisfied!

At MIA/MIJ, when the paperwork says you have a 1 year warrantee, you mean it. If every business stood behind their work the way you do, this country would be a far better place for us all.
