The service was a diagnostic for parasitic draw on my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. They are very methodical and eliminated items functioning properly. I will be bringing my truck back for additional diagnostics as this service requires equipment and professional expertise. I selected this company over a dealer shop. Mike greeted me in the office indicating it could take a couple of days. Mike also took the time to talk to me about other issues with my truck. The mechanics diagnosed the problem and were able to complete the repairs the following day. Got me in and out on the same day, and I didn't even have an appointment. These guys are outstanding. They always do a great job of explaining what maintenance needs to be performed, as well as any minor maintenance that could be put off until later. Very professional, honest, and fair with their prices.
