We’ve been using Jack Dane for many years, since they were “Made in America Made in Japan.” They have worked on 3-4 vehicles for us of different makes and models. I hate to say it but things have sure changed recently. Things seem altogether different. Much more expensive which I guess I don’t like but have to understand since COVID ravaged the business community. But they no longer send the inspections detail reports which was a tremendous value. If needed I’ll try with them once again, hoping things improve before we chose another shop to use.
Hello Glen, thank you for the input. We appreciate your years of patronage. Sorry I was unable to reach you by phone, but I would love to address your issues personally. We are still doing our very thorough digital inspections, in fact I re-sent yours via email and text. I'm sorry you didn't receive it earlier. As far as pricing, our margins have not changed for parts or labor. During the last year our costs for parts and labor have increased significantly, therefore the prices have raised accordingly, but not because our margins have changed. Unfortunately that is unavoidable, but we consider ourselves blessed with a full staff. Many shops and businesses are actually reducing operating hours due to the severe labor shortage.
