This was our first experience with Jack Dane and it was great. I was able to get an appointment quickly since I was concerned about my brakes, but thankfully they didn't need replacing. Mike took the time to show me the photos and explain how things work and what potentially could go wrong. I like the follow-up email with photos showing the work that was done and the gratis very thorough inspection of my vehicle.
These guys are great and took a much deeper dive on a problem that had plagued my Subaru for years.

Took my 2006 Chrysler 300 SRT to Phil's shop after he had serviced my Ram truck. The chrysler was stalling out shortly after filling the gas tank (which appears to to be common problem in that model). His team inspected the car and replaced the fluids in the steering unit, transmission and differential. They installed a parallel ground with the hopes that would resolve the stalling issue. Unfortunately it didn't. Phil's team checked the evac system on the fuel tank and felt it was not the problem. But Phil advise me that he had learned that Chrysler has an extended warranty for my car regarding a possible fix for the stalling condition and suggested I consider having the work done by a local Chrysler dealership. (How many private shop managers would point out such a finding resulting in a loss of work for their people??) If that didn't resolve the stalling problem, Phil stated I could bring the car back and he would proceed in replacing the various electrical components until the problem was solved. Phil openly stated they could only recommend that approach given what they had found to date. My experience is that electrical issues in automobiles are always a challenge. I truly appreciate the honesty shown by Phil and his team. I will give Chrysler a call and see if they can resolve my problem. If their fix doesn't work, I'm returning to Phil's shop.
