My check engine light came on, and I new if I took it to Jack Dane they would tell me exactly what was a mater with my car. They are always nice and friendly and explain everything in a very easy to understand way. Also they have a Great Dane that likes to come out and great you.

Very helpful and descriptive with what was wrong with my vehicle. Communicative and prompt. Customer Service was exceptional and the office dog Jack was a definite plus.

We were shopping for a used Honda Pilot in the 2013-2015 model year range. As these were used cars by at least 6 years, we got Jack Dane to do a pre-purchase inspection on one and one post purchase within the return window. The shop was awesome to deal with and got us in with the tight time frames that the car dealers gave us to inspect these cars. I would use them again without thinking twice.

This morning my car battery died on a garbage day. I needed to move my car to avoid a parking ticket. I pulled my battery out and went to see Phil. Phil looked up my battery and to my surprise it was 7 years old. Within a few minutes I had a new battery and on my way. Great customer service every time I show up. Thanks guys.
