Couldn't ask for a better repair shop,was having a problem with my mass airflow sensor.Their 1st attempt didn't work,but they were more than happy to take a 2nd look at it & that fixed the problem. Nobody likes putting their car in the shop,but when it happens you don't want to feel like your getting ripped off.The shops staff are professional, and friendly. I normally take my corvettes to Able chevy in Rio Vista, but glad I gave them (Japan/American only) a shot to fix this problem. They are the only shop that will be taking care of this car from now on. PS make sure you ask for the technician Jack,He loves being petted! Steve W 2003 Corvette 50th AE

I have been working on a unique van conversion that is far from the normal style of vehicle service. These guys were willing to go the extra mile in helping do the research to make the conversions successful. Thank you guys for going far beyond the normal level of service.

We've been taking our vehicles to you for many years and can always count on a high level of service and competence. No difference on this visit, savvy techs and great service. I thought for sure that our brakes needed replacing and actually instructed Mike to replace them. He called a few hours later to say they inspected the brakes and they looked fine. I believe a lot of shops would have taken that opportunity to unnecessarily replace the brakes and make a few bucks. Not you and your team. You guys operate with a high level of integrity. Thanks!

I've made three calls to this place when they're open to make an inquiry and I've gotten a message to leave a remote access code each time. Everyone on yelp and otherwise loves this place, but it shouldn't be so hard to make an appt.

We are sorry you have had a tough time getting in touch with us, however, I have called here myself and let the machine pick up and never had an issue with a remote access code being required.
