Made in America Made in Japan is far better than just a great local mechanic, they are AMAZING! I have an extended warranty that I have read through but still was unsure exactly what it covered. I printed it out and bright it in to the shop. When I my car's fuel injection system went out they looked in to the coverage and found a $1100 repair would run me $293 but that's not even the AMAZING part... That day when I came to pick up my car they told me the total was $202. I asked why the bill came in lower than the quote and Mike told me that there was an extra gasket that was unnecessary and so they removed it from my bill. Saving me almost $100! I wouldn't know a gasket from a spark plug and I am pretty sure they knew that! They could have charge me for that and I would have paid it happily but they did the right thing! I wish everyone operated the same way!

They seem to do a good job. They're thorough but also don't look for additional things to fix as a way to charge you more, like dealers sometimes do. I went in for a basic service. They said everything looked good, and the amount I paid was the amount they stated at the start.

I have brought my vehicles here since I moved to the area 6 years ago. Even though there are plenty of shops closer to me, I know I can always trust in their honesty and quality. They are more of a family style business than a shop only interested in profits. They will never try to upsell services nor try to pressure you to do services. If the part fails, they instantly make it right without hesitation or extra charges. Truly one of the best in their field.

I appreciate Made In America contacted me early Mon. A.M., the day after having my Jeep towed there the night before. They called me later Mon. A.M. to let me know what work needed to be performed, the cost, and when my Jeep would be ready to pick up, which was what they said it would be when I picked it up. Great service.

I have been coming to this location for 2 years and they have yet to disappoint me. Phil and his team do quality work and take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. Being a woman, you dont always get treated as an equal when it comes to your car, I have never felt that way when working with Phil or any member of his team. He gives fair consultation and I trust his assessments. I will continue to give them my business and recommend others do the same.

So far, very trustworthy. I have my go to people for tires and suspension, but everything else I've been kind of on the fence about. read the reviews, and so I decided to give them a try and indeed I don't trust anyone else to know their car stuff.
