As usual Phil and his crew did their magic with our 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe with > 140k miles. We plan to keep going with this vehicle as long as we can while saving up to buy a new vehicle. How do people afford new cars?
Thanks for your excellent service and your consideration of my situation.
As always, great service. Also, always honest about what services are needed. They routinely tell me I don't need to do things that would cost me more...which is a welcome change from so many places.
Phil and Dana run a great business! Honest and trustworthy, I wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else for service!
This was one of the most professional experiences I have had for auto service. My request was well documented, the estimate was accurate, and the checklist they provided after working on the car gives a clear picture of what is still in need of service.
I'm so pleased to have discovered your great shop! The convenience to our location is awesome. I'm looking forward to a long a rewarding relationship with your crew and expertise. Great job on our Honda Accord!
The MIA shop and staff did a wonderful job on fixing my car's power steering issue. The pretty extensive job was completed in one day while I was at work. The staff is very friendly and professional. A call the next day to check on my car was what you'd expect from a quality business.
Made in America Made in Japan is my go-to shop. They are highly trained professional that are fair with pricing and very nice to work with. I highly recommend this repair shop.
I have 100% faith in the MIA/MIJ crew to give a true assessment of the problem, give a reasonable estimate, complete the work as promised, and fix it right the first time.
