Rocklin and Sacramento Auto Repair

First of all the customer service was great, but they never fixed the problem I went in for, it was the wheel bearing noise. They did analysis of things that I specified at the beginning (I already told them). I said three time I only wanted to address the wheel bearing noise, and this was never done. The car ran terribly after I picked it up. it was way worse then when I brought it in, (how does this happen?) It was running about a 2-3 on a rough scale, and when I left it was more like a 7-8 and 10 being the worst. Never coming back, I'm taking my Subaru to a specialist.

I brought my car to The Car Docs to fix an issue with the A/C and and they had it back to me the next morning. It was fixed for less than I was expecting and I was very pleased with the service I received. I recommend these guys!

They were very helpful and understanding about my lack of car knowledge. I asked for a prioritized list of what needed to be fixed on my car and they did exactly what I asked. I highly recommend this shop, I have recommended this place to everyone I am close too. They do good work, and they are good people.

My car seems to be running better. Phil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and did not make me feel as if I had been taken advantage. The only issue with the service from start to finish is Phil and I spoke about a coupon I had received in the mail that he would honor ($25, $50, etc off service equaling a certain amount or more). I unfortunately forgot this coupon and I believe Phil may have forgot we spoke about it over the phone. Every other aspect of the service was great.

The "airbag" light came on and it was about time for a servicing so we called to have things looked over. The Hyundai is getting pretty long in the tooth - ~150k miles so there are always a few things to take care of. Phil and the guys fixed the Airbag issue and got everything up to snuff. This is Mary's vehicle so it gets first rate attention from no other outfit. Only Made in America / Japan gets our business. Good communication - we always know the status - and quality work.

First time experience with Phil and his crew at Made in America Made in Japan. Just relocated to the area with my used 2003 CRV and really pleased with the work. It's driving better than when I purchased. It needed a lot of work but Phil was kind enough to itemize the most important work and things that could be done subsequently. And Jack is an added bonus when visiting the shop!

Best service ever! Very fair prices, excellent quality and far superior than any dealer. You will never ever be disappointed! The staff is helpful and courteous. The is the only place our cars will go.
