It has been many years since I had a local garage that I could trust. The team at Made in America/Japan has treated me with the utmost professionalism each time I have been there. And even more importantly, they stand behind their work, recently honoring the replacement of some inferior factory struts that they had installed in my Subaru wagon. Phil and his team went above and beyond. These are people you can trust.

Phil was always very courteous from the time I called to the time I picked up my car. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and most importantly the why. He didnt try to push everything on me to get fixed and understood where I waa coming from. Recommended the most important and was willing to create a repair plan. He was easy to talk to and I felt like he was being 100% honest with me. You dont always get that feeling when talking to someone about your car. I really appreciated the service and attention given by Phil.

MIA/MIJ, Phil, was very professional, courteous, worked evaluated what needed work, worked with me to decide what was necessary to address now and what could be held off to address in a future maintenance. Provided all applicable discounts they had available. Car maintenance completed when promised.
